Well balanced views on smoothies and weight loss

What struck me most is the well balanced views on Smoothies in this book. I especially appreciate the fact that Ms Lenhart gives the "whys" and "hows" instead of just a list of smoothie recipes. Knowing the reason 'why' is a powerful factor to motivate one to persevere.

Here's a quote from the book - "The most important factor here is that you work to fit smoothies into YOUR routine. It's not about all or nothing here. It's about making smart and sustainable health choices to help you lose weight, gain energy ..."

I like the part about fitting smoothies into MY routine, instead of changing my routine to fit the diet. Thumbs up!

At Last...Smoothies That Taste Nice

A great book on the fundamentals of Smoothies, from the good and bad myths of smoothies, (they are not all good), to some delicious smoothie recipes for weight loss, more energy and more.
A well laid out book that will be great for people who are not clued up on smoothies, all in all a great little book, and to top it off, the recipes taste good too.
Congrats Katie on a Great book.
